Agreement and operator
These terms govern KickTrakr, operated by AIER Technologies Inc. By using the service, you agree to these terms. Contact mzimmer1004@gmail.com with questions. You must be at least 13 to create an account; minors must have parent or guardian permission.
Free and Pro
Free includes one game total and one player. Deleted games still count toward the one free game. Pro is a $19.99 one-time purchase in US dollars, plus any applicable tax. Pay once for lifetime access, with no subscription, expiration or recurring renewal. Lifetime means access for the lifetime of the KickTrakr service, not a guarantee that the service will operate forever. Pro is tied to your account and enables currently available Pro features and updates; future roadmap items are not promised features or delivery dates. Payments are processed by Stripe when checkout is available.
Refund policy
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Email us from your account’s email with the purchase date, receipt or transaction reference and the reason for your request. Approval is not automatic; applicable consumer rights still apply. Approved refunds go through the original payment method and may remove Pro access. Do not send full card details.
Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of your stats and videos. You grant us permission to store and process them to provide the features you use. Upload only content you have permission to use, respect others’ privacy and keep account access secure. Circle roles govern editing and consent authority. Public sharing always requires both designated guardian and linked player consent; buying Pro does not override it.
Self-reported records and backups
Stats are self-reported. Timestamps, GPS and attached video document a record but are not independent verification or a recruiting endorsement. Location and measurements may be approximate. Keep independent copies of important videos and exports; device storage, interrupted uploads and service outages can affect availability. KickTrakr is not an official scoring authority.
Acceptable use and availability
Do not abuse the service, bypass permissions, upload unlawful material or interfere with other accounts. We may restrict misuse and change or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or accuracy, and AIER Technologies Inc. is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Closing your account and changes
You can stop using KickTrakr at any time and request account deletion using the contact above. Records may need to be retained as described in our Privacy Policy. We will update these terms and the effective date when they change.
