Privacy Policy

Who operates KickTrakr

KickTrakr is owned and operated by AIER Technologies Inc. Contact us at mzimmer1004@gmail.com for privacy questions or data deletion requests.

Information we collect

We process your sign-in email, account identifiers, player profiles, Circle memberships, invitations, game details, self-reported kick statistics, consent records and videos you attach. Passkey sign-in uses a public credential; your device’s biometric data is not sent to KickTrakr.

Video and private backup

Videos are stored on your device. Optional Pro cloud backup stores uploaded clips privately and makes them available to authorized accounts. Game and player records may sync separately from videos. “Synced” records do not necessarily mean every video has uploaded. Local copies remain subject to your browser’s storage and device settings.

Location on each kick

Each kick receives an automatic timestamp and, when permission and a location reading are available, GPS coordinates and accuracy. Location may be unavailable or approximate. You can deny or revoke location permission in your browser or device settings and continue logging.

Children, Circle access and public consent

Player information is private by default and accessible only to authorized Circle members. Anything public requires matching, explicit consent from both the player’s linked account and a designated parent/guardian account for the relevant category. Family membership alone is not guardian authority. Either party can revoke consent; paid access never bypasses consent. Do not upload other people’s information or footage without appropriate permission. KickTrakr does not independently verify age or legal guardianship. Accounts are not intended for children under 13; contact us if their information was submitted without appropriate authorization.

Payments

When checkout is available, Stripe processes payment card information. KickTrakr stores purchase identifiers, payment status and amounts to grant Pro access and handle refunds, not your full card details. Stripe handles payment information under its own privacy policy.

Analytics

We use private first-party analytics hosted by Lovable Cloud to understand landing visits, sign-in attempts, player and game creation, paywalls and checkout. A browser-generated identifier links events before sign-in to your account after sign-in. We retain the original campaign source, name, medium and content from entry links, plus the referring website’s hostname, not its full URL. Reports separate preview activity and known owner-linked browsers; anonymous browser counts are not verified people. Browser storage holds attribution and a bounded retry queue for interrupted connections. Confirmed live purchase records measure paid outcomes. We also measure per-account video storage and estimated costs. Hosting providers may process technical visit information such as IP address and browser details. We do not sell personal information or send these funnel events to ad platforms or use player footage for advertising. Contact us to request deletion of analytics linked to your account.

Service providers, security and retention

Hosting, authentication, private storage and payment providers process information to operate the service. We restrict access by account and Circle permissions, but no system guarantees absolute security. We retain records while needed to provide the service, resolve issues, preserve consent audit history and meet legal obligations.

Access, deletion and your choices

Email us from the address associated with your account to request access, correction or deletion. We may verify your identity and authority over player data. Deleting a game in the app hides it and does not itself constitute an account-erasure request. We will explain any records we must retain for legal, payment or security reasons. Local files must also be removed from your device, and copies exported by others are outside our control.

Changes

We will update this policy and its effective date when practices change. Materially expanded public sharing requires fresh consent.
